I created the complete Employee Handbook, incorporating creative assets from one of Whalar's affiliated creators. The chosen imagery reflects Whalar's youthful spirit and polished, modern visual identity, emphasizing a progressive stance on employee relations. Additionally, I developed the copy template and transformed it into an editable document, allowing for updates as policies evolve over. This ensures a sustainable investment in supporting the brand image both externally and within internal teams.
